The firm was founded in St.Catharines by Joseph Reid and Jack McNaughton in 1952. A branch office was opened in Beamsville in 1953. The firm expanded and by 1975 it had relocated to the main office in St.Catharines located at 63 Ontario Street.

This location provides plenty of free parking and was specially designed to allow for full and easy wheelchair access.

Reid McNaughton celebrates 50 years of service to the Niagara Region in 2002, and takes pride in continuing its tradition of providing high quality, affordable, legal service.
