and estate planning. The majority of his clients own and operate small
businesses.
A graduate of Queens University, Dave earned a Bachelor of
Arts in 1975 majoring in history and philosophy, and completed his Bachelor of
Laws degree in 1978. In 1980, moved from his native Montreal to St. Catharines
following his call to the Bar, and has practised in Niagara ever since.
Dave is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and is a member
and past president of the Niagara Estate Planning Council. He is also a member
and past president of the Lincoln County Law Association, the Kiwanis Club of
St. Catharines, and the St. Catharines District Council of Scouts Canada. In
his spare time, David enjoys sailing, skiing and canoeing.
