David Pickering
David Pickering was admitted as

a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England in 1969. In 1972 he became a lawyer in Ontario and has practised with the firm since 1973. He is a senior member of the local bar and one of its most experienced counsel in handling large, complex and sensitive cases.

He was appointed a Federal Prosecutor in 1985 for the purposes of drug offences and proceeds of crime offences. He continues in that position to the present time.

For four years he represented ex Chief James Gayder in the Royal Commission of Inquiry into the Niagara Regional Police Force. This was a lengthy and complicated matter and Mr. Pickering obtained a favourable result for his client.

David Pickering concentrates on major litigation matters and in particular in litigation in relation to wills and estates, commercial litigation and personal injury litigation and criminal law.

Over recent years disputes over wills and estates have become very common and Mr. Pickering's concentration on those areas gives his clients valuable assistance in coming to a speedy, efficient and cost effective resolution.
