the University of Toronto in 1960 with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Economics. He received his law degree in 1964 from Osgoode Hall and
was called to the Bar in 1966. Mr. Zabek was appointed Queens Counsel in
1984. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, and of the Polish
Canadian Business & Professional Association (Niagara). He is also a former
trustee of the St. Catharines Library Board.
Mr. Zabek practices in the area of residential and commercial
real estate, including Land Titles applications and Condominium projects,
including conversion of co-ownership projects to Condominium corporations. He
also practices in the area of Wills and Estates.
Mr. Zabek's wealth of experience allows him to give his clients
quick, effective and practical advice, helping them to conclude their dealings
quickly and economically.
