Kevin H. Robins
Kevin Robins was called to the

Bar and admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1984. He graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979, and received his law degree from Queen’s University in 1982.

Kevin is currently a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Associations and the Lincoln Law Association. He is a member of the Niagara Collaborative Law Group and has been a panellist at a Provincial Judges’ Conference regarding Family Law.

Kevin’s practice is largely in the area of Family Law. He provides services in the areas of divorce, separation, separation agreements and marriage and cohabitation agreements. He has extensive experience before the courts of Ontario in custody and access disputes, property division and child and spousal support issues. He is a member of the Niagara Collaborative Law Group which attempts alternative methods of resolving disputes as opposed to the traditional adversarial methods.

Kevin also has broad experience in civil litigation including construction liens, mortgage collection, foreclosures and power of sale proceedings, both for individuals and large financial institutions. He has appeared many times before the Ontario Municipal Board on by-law amendments, minor variance appeals as well as before a number of municipal councils.

Kevin has coached for many years in minor baseball and basketball, including high school. He is currently a director of the Pelham Panthers Basketball Association.
